New year - appreciate you
Most of the time when we are trying to change something in ourselves, we are giving the message ‘you’re not ok in your present state’, or ‘you’re not enough’.

Did you know that statistically national quitters day is the second Friday in January and this is when most people quit their New Year’s resolutions!
