New year - appreciate you 

Most of the time when we are trying to change something in ourselves, we are giving the message ‘you’re not ok in your present state’, or ‘you’re not enough’.

☹️ This makes it difficult for us to change.

Did you know that statistically national quitters day is the second Friday in January and this is when most people quit their New Year’s resolutions!  😳

⁉️Behaviour change isn’t a one size fits all and there are many levels and complexities to it.

🎯Goal setting is an interesting one….

Not everyone is motivated towards achieving a goal. We all have different patterns that trigger us in to being motivated and different patterns that we use to maintain motivation. (We’ve all set goals and not achieved them 🤦‍♀️)

🤔All of this goes on at a ‘below conscious’ level, so most of the time we are completely unaware of the programmed patterns we are running that might be enhancing our lives or limiting them.
Your patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving have been hard wired and there are many levels of change.

The GOOD news is that our brains are wired for generative change. Their neuro plasticity means that you are limitless 🙌
