I absolutely loved doing my NLP diploma and then the practitioner. I found some of the sessions brought up things from my past which I hadn't journey'd back to in a very long time however my absolute breakthrough was my last session of the practitioner. I've been through some very challenging times lately and I know the NLP has helped me through it sub consciously. I will look into this more once I am fully recovered. Sarah is a brilliant mentor and teacher and makes it easy to understand and learn.
